MANAGEMENT / MANAGEMENT SUPPORT PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

Your Tasks
Management of the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the parent company in accordance with International Financial Reporting
Overseeing controlling and accounting activities, including tax compliance, budgeting, and auditing, and preparing reports to analyze sales and profit forecasts versus actuals, budgeted expenses versus final totals, and proposing ongoing improvement measures
Establish short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures
Responsible for short and long-term cash management and for establishing and maintaining appropriate procedural documentation and internal control systems
Ensure compliance with national and local financial requirements including ESG, corporate policies and rules of authorities
Perform and assume HR duties and responsibilities, such as regulatory compliance with labor law, payroll coordination with external provider, onboarding of new employees etc.
Implementation of IT landscape such as ERP S / 4 Hana and SuccessFactors
With this you convince us
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, plus CPA and / or MBA
5+ years of senior-level management experience in an international organization, and comprehensive understanding of legal requirements in compliance, accounting and tax
Aviation and / or manufacturing experience strongly preferred, HR-affinity required, and knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) preferred
SAP experience strongly preferred
C1 levels in Spanish and English is mandatory, German would be an advantage
Analytical and organizational skills and a high level of integrity
