Lead budgeting and forecasting, aligning financial goals with business strategies and providing insights to senior management. Lead and build a high-performing team of financial controllers and data analysts, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in production/manufacturing companies. Strong knowledge of COGS and production related finance terms. Previous ERP and BI implementation and improvement experience.
