.AnyTech365 is actively seeking a solution-driven, strategic-thinking Head of Finance to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will be charged with developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, ensuring company financial health and growth, as well as supporting the overall goals of the company. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE Finance: Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance & Accounting functions of the organization. Develop and manage company budgets, financial forecasts and reports, ensuring accurate and timely financial recommendations to the CFO. Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures including budget auditing and compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.Provide strategic and financial planning support to the leadership team, driving business profitability and growth. Work closely with other department heads to strategize, plan, and execute organizational objectives. Identify opportunities to improve financial and operational performance and make appropriate recommendations. Evaluate the financial impact of new business initiatives and make recommendations to the CFO. Ensure tax compliance in all jurisdictions of operation. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.Familiarity with financial software and systems. Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative workstyle. Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
