What You Will Do: Improve financial processes, identify and manage financial risks Monitor daily cash balances to optimize cash levels and minimize idle funds, and develop cash flow forecasts to anticipate future financial needs Deliver budgets management, ensuring alignment with set goals Company policies overview, achievement of goals and objectives in order to affect financial oversight in protecting the company's assets Manage portfolio of investments to balance risk and return according to organization's strategy and risk tolerance Coordinate with banks to manage accounts, services, and transactions.
Negotiate terms and fees with financial institutions to ensure cost-effective services Provide timely and accurate financial reports to management for decision-making Manage and develop the growing team of finance specialists Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems – while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors Establish and maintain policies for cash management, investment, and risk management .
What We Expect: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 5+ years experience in financial management Deep knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, risk management, financial reporting, auditing coordination, financial planning and finance strategy development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, and initiative Excellent MS Excel skills Fluent at communicating in spoken and written English.
