Your mission As the Head of Finance, you will own and lead all financial operations and strategy at Livo.
This role is critical to ensuring our business is financially robust, scalable, and positioned for growth.
You will work closely with the leadership team to align financial strategy with business goals while supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
Your responsibilities will include: Strategic Financial Leadership Define and execute Livo's financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's mission and growth objectives.
Build, lead, and scale a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.
Develop financial models to analyze and assess new business opportunities, markets, and products.
Financial Operations Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, reporting, tax, and compliance.
Ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Manage cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability and scalability.
Define the required technological tools to support financial operations Funding & Stakeholder Management Partner with leadership to manage investor relations, fundraising efforts, and board presentations.
Support due diligence and financial analyses during funding rounds or strategic partnerships.
Business Partnership Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, operations, and HR) to embed financial insights into key business decisions.
Provide financial guidance and strategic recommendations to drive efficiency and profitability.
Your profile We're looking for a financial leader with a proven track record in high-growth environments.
Here's what makes an ideal candidate: Experience & Expertise 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a start-up or high-paced environment (e.g.
finance, strategy consulting) Start-up or high-growth company experience is highly desirable, especially in healthcare or technology sectors.
Strong understanding of SaaS models, marketplace dynamics, and financial metrics.
Skills & Attributes Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software) and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) as well as in SQL A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
