If you are a proactive financial leader with a strategic mindset, we'd love to hear from you!TasksFinancial Planning and Modelling:Create, maintain, and update financial models and budgets.Perform sensitivity analysis and provide financial projections to guide strategic decisions.Strategic Financial Leadership:Develop and implement a robust financial strategy aligned with the company's objectives.Support high-level decision-making by offering data-driven financial insights.Administrative and Accounting Oversight:Supervise accounting and administrative operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices.Establish clear guidelines for day-to-day administrative processes.Investor Relations and Audits:Manage investor reporting and lead annual audits.Provide financial support during funding rounds, collaborating with potential investors.External Financing and Grant Management:Identify, apply for, and manage grants, subsidies, and bank financing opportunities.Prepare and justify financial reports for these funds, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.Board of Directors Preparation:Prepare and present relevant financial data and insights for board meetings.Collaborate closely with the board, providing financial expertise to support decision-making.RequirementsAcademic Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar. Advanced degrees (e.g., Master's in Finance, MBA) are a plus.Experience: 5-7 years in finance, strategic planning, or investment banking.
