We are looking for some fluent in English and Spanish with around 8 years of experience in fast changing environments and experience with finance and treasury management. Description Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute financial strategies that are align with the company's growth objectives.Direct report to the CEO.Lead the financial planning, risk management, budgeting processes across the organization among other tasksEnsure the tax compliance and regulations with the spanish legislation.Create a strong relationships with stakeholders such as private investors, banks, and public institutions, to facilitate fundraising.Manage a team of 2 people.Collaborate with the executive team to articulate and implement strategic business initiatives.Drive performance improvement through insightful analysis of financial data and market trends.Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or related field.At least 8 years of experience with Proven experience as a CFO.Experience in Startups is a plus.Experience dealing with pubic grants is a must.Strong leadership skills and hands on mentality.Fluency in Spanish is essential and high level of English is required.Looking for a new challenge in an innovate company?
