Head of Finance and Administration Gasmobi is an affiliation network established in September 2015, we are dedicated to digital marketing, specifically Performance Marketing, we help companies from all over the world and from different industries to increase their sales and obtain qualified leads for industries like Home Improvement, Insurance, Finance etc.. through our extensive network of affiliates, use of innovative tools and personalized support.We are constantly evolving and learning within an exciting sector, always exploring and developing new opportunities.We are a young and multicultural work team, we have the main offices in Madrid but we also have colleagues in other cities in Spain and in other countries such as Ukraine, India, Pakistan.About the roleAs a Responsible de Administration and finance, you will play a key role in Gasmobi ensuring the proper management of all the admin and finance activity in the company and being the right hand of our CEO.Being more specific, what would you do?Accounts receivable and payable management and supervision.Internal financial control and accuracy of monthly reporting.Preparation of monthly closing calculations.Analyze margins by business unit.Plan, manage and forecasting liquidity, associated with the objective of improving the company's working capital.Perform Group Consolidation and control of Intercompany Adjustments.To work closely with the CFO and take responsibility for performing a broad range of financial controls, reporting and business analysis.Key role in annual audit and principal contact with auditors.Key contact with accounting team and tax advisors.Maintaining relationships with banks and leading the renewal or opening of financing lines.Participate in the development of optimization projects to improve the operational efficiency and profitability of the company.What do we need from the candidate:University degree in finance, economics or similar.Strong Excel and Power BI modelling skills.Professional experience: minimum 4 years in management control, management accounting and/or auditing.Clear understanding of accounting and the plan general de contabilidad (PGC) in Spain.Experience in accounting, reporting and excellent analytical skills.High level of English language spoken, and writing is essential.Able to identify issues and act upon them to forward the work.Able to perform a self-review and identify corrections of own work.You will love working with us because:We are an international team of smart, interesting, diverse, funny, and loving people.We offer a competitive salary.
