Job Description: FERROVIAL is seeking a Head of Enterprise Risk to report to the Chief Risk and Audit Officer. The successful candidate will lead the development of industry-leading risk management strategies across the Group. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The candidate will be expected to stay current with industry trends and regulatory requirements, and to continuously improve FERROVIAL's risk management framework. Key responsibilities include developing risk management policies and procedures, conducting risk assessments, monitoring, and reporting on risk exposures, and providing guidance and training to staff on risk-related matters. This is a critical role that requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Responsibilities Lead the identification, communication, measurement, and management of risks across the Group. Provide expert advice on risk management best practices, including defining risk appetites and developing remediation plans. Identify risk exposures, recommend solutions, promote loss prevention, and monitor compliance. Evaluate the severity of each risk by considering its consequences and conduct root cause analyses of risk events and incidents. Develop risk management controls, systems and KRIs. Develop and maintain risk registers and risk management policies and documentation. Prepare risk management reports, recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership. Evaluate employees' risk awareness, provide guidance, workshops, and training to staff on risk-related matters. Support the implementation of risk management software and tools. Keep abreast of industry changes and developments that could impact the company's emerging risk profile. Assist with business continuity planning and disaster recovery strategies. Education, Experience and Skills A bachelor's degree in business, Law, Finance, Accounting, or Risk Management is required
