The Head of Engineering will be leading the engineering departments in the production plant to ensure the compliance of projects, in time, form, quality, safely, budget and customer requirements. This position will report to the Plant Manager and will operate at a local level.

Relevant Engineering degree (Automation, Electronics, Industrial organization or related).Full professional English and Spanish competence.More than 5 years' experience in the automotive sector in engineering positions.More than 3 years' experience in managing teams.Experience in Industry 4.0 and IoT.Advanced experience in industrialization project management roles.Customer focus and contact experience.Domain key tools at management levels (MS Office, MS Project).Understanding of HSE practices.Full understanding of lean manufacturing concepts.Independent initiation, authorization, and implementation of improvement projects.Highly organized and structured way of working.Analytical and negotiation skills.Good listening and communication.
