Responsibilities: You show vast experience in developing software in large-scale production systems, ideally using Scala, Java or Golang You have a great foundation in microservice principles, event sourcing, cloud-native infrastructure, and clean code best practices Knowledge of Kafka is a plus Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines Skills: 8 years of experience as an engineer in a production environment.
1-2 years in a senior engineering leadership role such as Head of Engineering, Engineering Director, VP of Engineering or similar.
Hands-on experience managing teams globally Strong record of developing deep-tech strategies, and supporting the development of product roadmaps.
Strong experience in product-driven companies collaborating closely with product managers, UI designers and senior product representatives.
