It is ours, it is clean and it is inexhaustible.Can you help us connecting people to 100% green energy?**What will you do?**Part of your main accountabilities will be:- Act as the Head of Energy Compliance. We are looking for an expert lawyer in the electrical sector with more than 4 years of experience.- Act as the Manager for allocating tasks to the rest of the team on a weekly basis, managing workload and personal leaves.- Collaborate in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of legal processes.- Be the owner and the legal advisor for Operations, Finance, PMO and Energy Management teams. Advise teams in regards to regulatory doubts or issues.- Draft claims against unfavorable resolutions.- Handle connection disputes with the DSO's.- Detect legal breaches by third parties to Holaluz and offer a legal response.- Knowing and lobbying for regulations that impact Operations, Finance, PMO and Energy Management teams. Advice team in regards any regulatory doubts or issues.- Study all regulations which are passed that impact at Holaluz and review Company procedures to assure they are compliant with them.- Participate in work groups to discuss regulation implementation (CNMC, ICAEN, etc) at different levels.- Detect barriers and lobby for reforms by participating in the phase of public participation of legislation proposals or through work groups.- Ensure that all relations with third parties are legally covered for Operations, Finance, PMO and Energy Management teams. Draft and review all necessary contracts for teams.- Identifying and participating in Operations, Finance, PMO and Energy management projects.
