.DESCRIPTIONThis role can be based in Dublin, London, Frankfurt, Madrid, UAEThe EMEA Data Center Construction Management team is seeking a Sr. Manager to lay the foundation for a new regional Pre-Construction team. This will be part of an exciting, fast moving and growing business team. The right candidate for this job will be a self-starter with dedication to seeing projects through to the end. You will have an eye for detail and determination to standardize processes and turn-over high-quality work. You will be an integral part of the team that works cross-functionally to deliver results.This position will work closely with internal partners to deliver a portfolio of complex, multi-disciplinary, multi-million, multi-year datacenter construction projects in various new markets. The Sr. Manager will ensure pre-construction activities including due diligence, design readiness, procurement strategy and constructability are addressed appropriately to enable the construction team to deploy the Data Center projects safely, on-time, to quality and budget.This position involves direct contact with both internal and external stakeholders, and this candidate must have an ability to communicate effectively with business partners at every level, including upper management to inform decision making.Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to work backwards from our customer needs.
