Your role will involve crafting and executing change management strategies to boost organisational capability and promote widespread adoption of these initiatives.About the roleThe Head of EDIB and Sustainability will be responsible for developing and implementing change management activities, conducting stakeholder analysis, driving change metrics, capturing change impacts, managing communications, and performing learning needs analysis and readiness assessments.In this role, you will encourage creative problem-solving among colleagues, foster key stakeholder relationships to secure effective organisational buy-in and leadership, support teams in adopting strategic changes, and translate Cambridge University Press & Assessment's vision for EDIB and Sustainability into actionable plans.Working closely with the Operations function, the Head of EDIB and Sustainability will develop targets and frameworks to reduce carbon emissions across the English product group, collaborate with HR to create data-driven improvement plans for addressing pay gaps, and enable the exchange of ideas and data for evidence-based decision-making.You will work with senior leaders sponsoring change initiatives, helping frontline employees build their readiness and adaptability to change while simplifying complex processes and balancing individual changes with required strategic outcomes.The Head of EDIB and Sustainability will also manage organisational ambiguity, inspiring others to embrace change initiatives, advocate EDIB and Sustainability issues through coaching and facilitating senior leaders, managers, and global colleagues, and drive ownership and empowerment for independent management and reporting on EDIB and Sustainability initiatives.About youCombining your knowledge and passion for EDIB and Sustainability with your experience of influencing and embedding change in an organisation, you will be able to successfully lead the implementation and measurement of our EDIB and Sustainability initiatives.
