Hartmann Young has partnered with a global leader in In-Vitro Diagnostics. This renowned IVD organisation is currently undergoing a significant expansion phase. They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Distribution to join their team.The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively identifying, supporting, and managing Channel Partners within the allocated territory to grow profitable sales using cost-effective methods. This role is pivotal in leading business development initiatives, improving market share in major key accounts, and working closely with KOL sites for business initiation, retention, and growth. The focus will be on the IVD product line, with a particular emphasis on the Autoimmune market.Responsibilities:Identify, support, and manage Channel Partners by providing necessary techno-commercial support.Lead business development activities in the assigned territories.Improve market share in major key accounts.Collaborate with KOL sites in the region for business initiation, retention, and growth.Effectively manage and monitor the sales funnel and ensure timely submission of reports.Work with Channel Partner/Customer for the IVD product line, focusing on the Autoimmune market.Located in either France, Spain or Italy.Qualifications:BA degree or equivalent in biology, chemistry, lab medicine sciences, or other related disciplines.Minimum of 5-7 years of industry experience with a successful track record in Channel Partner Management, Sales, or Business Development in Life Science or Diagnostic markets.Experience in managing Channel Partners and strategic account management.Proven winning sales performance, particularly in competitive wins.Knowledge of consultative selling techniques as a structured process for selling value at decision-making levels.Tender writing experience.Proficiency in CRM and good understanding of healthcare compliance.Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to travel (50-70%) and overnight stays as required.If this position is of interest to you, please reach out to me for a confidential discussion at: ******.#J-18808-Ljbffr
