We're a team of over 350 people across 5 countries (Spain, USA, Mexico, Brazil and Chile) delivering expert knowledge, passion and commitment to support our clients in the achievement of a more sustainable world.The role:Reporting to the CSO, and as commercial director your main responsibility is to lead the sales department of the company.Your key responsibilities:Define sales objectives, which must be real, specific, measurable and revisable when necessary.Design the commercial strategy at global level, in line with sales and company objectives.Supervise the commercial team (FAEs, AEs, SDRs), managing performance and achievement of objectives.Analyze the market, studying every day its possible variations and competition, identifying opportunities and possible threats.Developing new markets, constantly looking for new business opportunities, identifying needs and working with the team on possible new developments.Maintaining relationships with all partners, customers and suppliers ensuring that the needs of both parties are met.Proposing strategic alliances with other companies or organizations to help meet objectives.Analyze the results of the strategy throughout the process and search for improvements.Coordinate with other departments within the sales organization such as Marketing, Customer Success, Proposals, etc.Your skills and experience:Must have at least 5 years of experience leading sales teams in the renewable energy industry.Experience working in SCADA and control center sales, also very valuable in SaaS products within the sector.Experience in opening new customers and markets at a global level.High level of English.
