We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of Digital Services (IT & Cloud) to spearhead the strategy, development, and management of our IT and Cloud product portfolio. This senior leadership role is essential for driving innovation and growth, solidifying our position as a leader in managed digital services. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record in IT and Cloud product management, effectively combining technological expertise with business insight.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Lead the Digital Services (IT & Cloud) exploration unit, developing and executing a strategic roadmap that aligns with overall business objectives. Identify market trends and customer needs to guide the future direction of IT and Cloud offerings. Cultivate a culture of creativity and innovation within the team to maintain a competitive advantage. Product Development & Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of IT and Cloud products, from ideation through to market launch and ongoing management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success and alignment with business goals. Define the product vision and strategy, partnering closely with sales and marketing teams to drive adoption and revenue growth. Business Development: Identify and assess new business opportunities, including partnerships and growth strategies. Develop specialized sales teams to support business unit objectives. Create compelling business cases and financial models for new products and technologies. Team Leadership & Development: Build and lead a high-performing team of product managers and IT/cloud professionals. Mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment. Set clear objectives and conduct performance evaluations to ensure team effectiveness. Customer & Market Focus: Engage with key customers to understand their needs and translate insights into actionable product requirements. Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to continuously enhance our offerings. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT and Cloud product management, demonstrating a strong track record of successful product launches. Proven leadership experience in the technology or managed service provider industries. Deep understanding of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure. Strong business acumen with the ability to implement strategic plans. Excellent leadership and team management skills. An entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation. Willingness to travel.
