ABOUT THIS ROLE Reporting to the Chief Dealer, you will need to be an expert in all FX Risk management tools including Spot and Forward.The Dealer's key duty is to managetheday-to-dayrequirements of a portfolio of corporate trading clients, whilst operating alongside the function of the Spanish Corporate FXdealingteam. You will ensure foreign exchange contracts are dealt properly, andwill answer and solve all client queries in a timely and professional manner.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Review, build and position FX trading strategies with corporate clients from varied industriesWorking with the CD to ensure effective implementation of desk initiativesConsistently and actively calling clientsand answering emailsMaintaining up to date records ofclient'sactivities and requirements within company's internal systemsBuilding relationships with customers, affiliates, and other internal stakeholdersEnsureall customer on-boarding is performed in accordance with regulatory requirements andXEpolicies and proceduresEnsure training provided is implementedManage retention levels at the expected and targeted positionManage all client complaints in a professional manner, escalating where neededPOSITION REQUIREMENTS At least 4 years experience in an FX sales and/or dealing position, in a very senior business development or FX relationship management rolePrevious experience working in a FX Broker or commercial bank (one or more) dealing for corporate clientsIn depth comprehension of the FX marketExtensive technical knowledge in financial instrumentsFamiliarity with compliance requirements.An academic background in business or finance.Proficient in mechanics of all risk management tools with at least 4 years' experience in an FX sales and/or dealing role, building FX trading strategies with corporate clientsRelevant qualification for certification to enable selling of Structured FX Options (derivatives); CISI Level 3 Certificate in Securities and Level 3 Certificate in Derivatives.
