As the Head of Credit Risk Governance, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the credit risk governance framework to ensure effective management of credit risk across all TF Bank's products. This role involves creating and maintaining policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate credit risk, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consumer finance and a deep understanding of credit risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive credit risk governance framework tailored to consumer finance products including credit cards, buy now pay later (BNPL), and cash loans.
Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Stay updated on the latest credit risk trends, best practices, and regulatory developments, ensuring the organization's compliance with applicable standards and requirements.
Ensure effective implementation and adherence to credit risk policies and procedures.
Conduct regular reviews and updates of credit risk policies to reflect changes in the regulatory environment and business strategy.
Prepare and present detailed reports on governance activities to senior management.
Collaborate with other departments, including Risk Control and Compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to credit risk management.
Engage with external stakeholders, such as regulators and auditors, on credit risk governance matters.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, FRM) is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk management.
Strong knowledge of credit risk principles, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices specific to consumer finance.
Knowledge and experience in responsible lending requirements, EBA Guidelines on Loan Origination and Monitoring, and CCD/CCD2 is expected.
Experience with data governance will be a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.
Fluent English language skills are required for the role.
