Our site in Latina is a competence center for sterile production and antibiotics. Your key responsibilities According to the strategic plan of the cluster, this individual will have the responsibility to drive Italian plants productivity increase through a detailed plan, with mid and long term actions aimed to streamline processes and elimination of wastes. He/she will mainly focus on: cost reduction & profitability increase; portfolio optimization,rationalization of the production capacity & OEE improvement; quality and safety standards improvements; customer service improvements. In addition, he/she will drive the Sites' Master Plans of the continuous improvement for operations and its roadmap through implementation of efficiency programs, aligned with the Corporate goals. He/She will establish performance targets and leading KPIs; identify impactful opportunities to enhance portfolio optimization and costs reduction and implement a robust monitoring governance to capture benefits relevant to the P&L targets. The role is located in Latina with minimum required travelling at 30% at regime. Manage and facilitate Continuous Improvement initiatives by prioritizing opportunities as scoped to be impactful in the sites. Challenge organizational leaders, when necessary, to create an action-based culture of continuous improvement and increase Lean-oriented thinking throughout the organization. Align all levels of the organization to drive Sites cost savings initiatives. In collaboration with Site's leadership, design organizational transformation and support with meaningful data any strategical investment. Ensure a successful definition and execution of large, cross-functional improvement initiatives tied to annual strategic priorities. Work with the finance department to evaluate project savings estimates, validate reported CI benefits, and ensure accurate accounting of productivity benefits. Your profile Master's degree in industrial engineering or scientific disciplines. Black Belt certification is a must. Extensive application experience of Lean Manufacturing, Operational excellence, process improvement. 10+ years of experience in process optimization, operations leadership, lean principles training. Pharmaceutical sector experience highly preferred. Strong communication skills, project management, training and facilitation and change management skills. Demonstrated ability to work in high paced and changing environments, ability to weigh and manage priorities
