Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise direct reports responsible for construction, safety and procurement activities related to various technical projects within the architecture department.Actively participate in the development and implementation of the organization's strategic plan, contributing to business growth and market expansion within the real estate industry.Establish key metrics, generate reports, and utilize tracking tools aligned with team and company objectives. Management large internal team works (+30 ftes in different geographies).Contribute to building and enhancing the company's image in the market, strengthening its reputation as a leader in the sector.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.MBA or equivalent business qualification is highly desirable.+14 years of experience in architectural project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Strong leadership and team management skills.Experience in managing large internal team works.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Preferable experience in residential project management
