.As the Head of Construction (all genders) for Iberia, you will be a key member of our European construction leadership team, reporting directly to the Chief Construction Officer. With a pipeline exceeding 2,500 MW, you will collaborate with your leadership team to establish and lead a highly successful division, setting standards and fostering a culture of excellence to ensure the successful execution of wind and solar projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Sourcing, Project Finance, and HSE, to drive seamless project delivery and promote a culture of collaboration across the organization.Location: Madrid, willingness to travel.Lead the Iberian EPC Department, currently comprising of +30 employees, with a focus on construction and grid connection activitiesTake ownership of the internally developed projects at ready-to-build stage from the Development Division and lead them until CODPrepare tenders and conduct contract negotiations with subcontractors and other external service providers and partners. Align with the Engineering and Sourcing Department for the selection of the key components (modules, inverters, trackers and turbines)Assume responsibility for all construction activities, ensuring timely completion of projects within quality, budgetary and financing constraintsCoordinate and monitor all internal and external interfaces and service providers involved in planning, preparation, and construction pRequirementsFull understanding of the wind and solar value chain in renewablesYou have 7+ years of professional experience in the renewable energy industry, ideally in Spain and PortugalMinimum of 5+ years of leadership experienceDemonstrated experience in large-scale construction projects within the renewables sector, with a proven track record of successful project delivery despite challenging conditionsProficiency in complex project managementStrong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) mindsetSuccess-driven personality and advanced negotiator with a commitment to delivering projects successfullyExceptional technical and commercial acumen.You are willing to travelYou are business fluent in Spanish and English.
