You will lead a team of passionate creative operations professionals who are servicing a range of clients from large game publishers to smaller developers. Our clients thrive in highly competitive markets and demand high quality creative support for their user acquisition campaigns.You have an entrepreneurial mindset and great leadership skills. The goal is to promote, expand, educate and ultimately grow accounts. You must be adaptable and process-oriented, able to manage various teams at once without sacrificing attention to detail. You will act as both a leader and a mentor, fostering a team culture of trust, collaboration, and empowerment.You are responsible for the management of all commercial relationships with clients, putting together business plans for new and existing client contractual negotiations, and are responsible for ensuring that the commercial rigour of Creadits' EMEA client proposals meet their business goals. You, working with Sales, identify, analyse and close new business opportunities.Additionally, you will be working with key stakeholders across the organisation to deliver key results that are aligned with Creadits' revenue strategy and goals
