You are responsible for the management of all commercial relationships with clients, putting together business plans for new and existing client contractual negotiations, and are responsible for ensuring that the commercial rigour of Creadits' EMEA client proposals meet their business goals.

What you'll be doing Ability to lead, motivate and supervise creative/professional individuals, leading them to a higher level of quality and creativity Prospect and analyse and develop new initiatives and opportunities to achieve overall goals of business (revenue, strategy, efficiency) Maintain and create opportunities of growth for new and existing clients Operate effectively with clients ranging from large game publishers and major media companies to small indie developers Assist in developing and streamlining policies and business processes across the creative operations and business development teams Partner closely with internal creative teams to support key projects on business and operational issues throughout development and delivery Work in partnership with management to develop strategies for new or existing opportunities Manage production capacity in our creative network Your background 10+ years experience with gaming, digital media, social media, and advertising 10+ years with business development experience 10+ years with management experience Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for gaming and entertainment Creative, self-starter who thrives in fast paced environments Experience in motivating and positively engaging staff, and management, cross functionally in ways that build trust and enthusiasm Creadit's team is comprised of data-driven innovators and disrupters.
