Head of Collection - Valencia, Spain (Hybrid) Responsibilities: Setting up general complex communication with debtors in the form of SMS/calls.
Systematic setup of the department's work plan, as well as a step-by-step plan for working with clients.
Development of loyalty programs individually for each client.
Solving technical issues and troubleshooting.
Suggestions for improving the efficiency of the department, including drawing up technical specifications for implementing improvements based on suggestions.
Analytics in the context of the department (fulfillment of standards, monitoring of managers' indicators).
Work with databases.
Work with the team in terms of numbers, providing feedback both general and individually to each manager to improve efficiency.
Creating and maintaining a favorable climate in the team.
Requirements: Legal education.
Experience in banks and financial structures (preferably from 3 years).
Ability to work in a team.
Stress resistance and a high level of analytical skills.
Readiness for continuous learning and self-development.
Show initiative and ability to make decisions independently.
