Your role We are looking for our next Head of Client Relationship Management Spain Latam US Offshore Israel for our Madrid team.
You'll be involved in providing general sales and technical support to head the CRM platform in the sub-region.
You will be also involved in: General Sales Support: Support all distribution and sales related activities to deliver the highest quality to our clients and progress accounts through the sales cycle.
Support local Sales to maintain sales budget records. Build and Strengthen Invesco's Key Client Relationships: Develop and maintain individual relations with client organisations across the sales region. Sales Proactivity: Meet expectations around pre-determined targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and assist with achieving sales targets through the development and maintenance of close relations with clients. Systems and Record Keeping: Support all distribution and sales related activities to deliver the highest quality to our clients and progress accounts through the sales cycle. Fund, Market and Industry Knowledge: Be the point of contact for clients in relation to product-related questions.
Keep fully updated with regard to Invesco's funds, market views, and industry-related topics. Campaigns & Events Management: Support, assist and/or manage marketing and client campaigns & events within sales regions. Sales Client Servicing: Oversee/manage the servicing of enquiries and problems for clients by collaborating closely with other departments. Client Retention & Concentration: Work closely with local sales to coordinate and oversee client retention plans. Technical Support: Provide technical support to the sales team and clients as well as coordinating internal functional support. Project Management: Provide project support and local coordination. Team Management: Coordinate, oversee and coach the sub-regional CRM Team. Sound interesting? You will have: Previous experience in a financial sector sales environment and managing client relationships. Knowledge of financial markets and investment products. Strong numeracy and written skills. Self-motivated, able to work autonomously, with good time management and organizational skills. Sound communication and influencing skills. Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written). Computer literate (knowledge of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office). Some periodic flexibility required regarding working hours and ability to accommodate some travel. Interest in ongoing development within financial markets and the industry.
