Mission and Responsibilities:
Lead the entire Business Product Owner team, providing direction and aligning priorities with business needs.
Communicate with key stakeholders and product sponsors in different geographies to ensure product alignment with expectations.
Work closely with Business Product Owners to consolidate their needs and prioritize them based on the global business strategy.
Coordinate daily work with all areas involved in the projects (technology, operations, business, legal, compliance, risks, finances, etc.).
Detect and escalate risks, analyze, and propose solutions for mitigation.
Manage budgeting of requirements.
Report and track progress.
Manage and control all product documentation.
Maintain direct contact with senior management.
To be successful in the role you must have:
University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Business, e-business, design or digital field.
Several years of professional experience in business consulting, FinTech, or digital business projects in product management or business analysis roles.
High knowledge of user experience requirements for front-end digital flows.
Good understanding of technical delivery best practices, including user story and acceptance criteria, working in cross-functional agile teams, and designing MVPs and customer testing approaches.
Conceptual knowledge of business processes and front-to-back solution architecture that support retail Markets products & services.
Exceptional problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw conclusions.
Collaborative and effective work in a group dynamic.
Advanced level in English.
