We're dedicated to creating an exceptional Open Digital Services platform for financial services, leveraging advanced technologies and partnerships to drive significant impact and establish ourselves as leaders in the industry.We are driving global technology initiatives, transitioning to a platform-based model, and emphasizing software engineering to facilitate the Santander Group's digital transformation.If you're passionate about driving change and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Mission and Responsibilities:Lead the entire Business Product Owner team, providing direction and aligning priorities with business needs.Communicate with key stakeholders and product sponsors in different geographies to ensure product alignment with expectations.Work closely with Business Product Owners to consolidate their needs and prioritize them based on the global business strategy.Coordinate daily work with all areas involved in the projects (technology, operations, business, legal, compliance, risks, finances, etc.).Detect and escalate risks, analyze, and propose solutions for mitigation.Manage budgeting of requirements.Report and track progress.Manage and control all product documentation.Maintain direct contact with senior management.To be successful in the role you must have:University Degree (Equivalent to a Bachelor degree), preferably in Business, e-business, design or digital field.Several years of professional experience in business consulting, FinTech, or digital business projects in product management or business analysis roles.High knowledge of user experience requirements for front-end digital flows.Good understanding of technical delivery best practices, including user story and acceptance criteria, working in cross-functional agile teams, and designing MVPs and customer testing approaches.Conceptual knowledge of business processes and front-to-back solution architecture that support retail Markets products & services.Exceptional problem-solving ability to structure and define analyses to draw conclusions.Collaborative and effective work in a group dynamic.Advanced level in English.What do we offer?Immediate incorporation to a dynamic and agile company with a growth and expansion project.Working in a start-up model with the support of Santander Group.Competitive remuneration and attractive benefits package.Possibility of growth within the company and the Group.Collaboration in international projects and possibility of contact with different countries.Excellent work environment, social clubs and frequent events (now virtual).Would you like to grow with us?
