We are seeking a talented and visionary Creative Director to lead our content strategy, bringing a background in soap operas or serialized dramas to shape the storytelling and overall creative direction of our channel. As Creative Director, you'll take charge of the creative direction, working closely with writers, editors, and producers to craft engaging stories that resonate with a broad audience.
What You will do: Creative Strategy: Drive the creative vision and direction for the channel, ensuring all content aligns with our brand and engages our audience effectively.
Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of writers, directors, and producers, guiding them in developing cohesive and impactful episodes.
Script Review and Story Development: Oversee and review scripts to ensure high standards of storytelling, pacing, and character development.
Audience Engagement: Understand audience preferences and incorporate viewer feedback into content to enhance relevance and emotional impact.
Collaborative Production: Work closely with production teams to align on creative execution, manage timelines, and resolve any production challenges.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all video content meets both creative and technical standards, with a focus on continuity, pacing, and tone.
What We Expect: Proven background in the soap opera or serialized drama industry, with strong understanding of narrative structure, character arcs, and emotional storytelling.
Demonstrated success in a senior creative role, leading teams through the development and production of high-quality episodic content.
Familiarity with YouTube content trends, particularly in the lifestyle, drama, or personal stories niche, and an understanding of viewer engagement metrics.
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
