To do so, we have a relentless team of Business Development Representatives working to make an impact in one of the fastest-growing markets with a philosophy of trust, a driven mindset, and a shared vision of excellence. We are currently looking for our Head of Business Development who can contribute to Wildix's expansion by managing, inspiring, coaching, and building a team of BDRs to boost the Wildix sales portfolio by generating new sales opportunities, converting inbound leads, and preparing them for the sales cycle. The Head of Business Development will also work with the sales leadership team to set strategic objectives, create the go-to-market strategy, and run the day-to-day operations for the business,
as well as collaborate with the Marketing team and the Country Managers to ensure smooth and successful communication. Are you this person?

Experience Min. 5 years
Tasks Job purpose Manage, inspire, and coach a global international team
Hire new team members and promote career development, and expand the team by interviewing and onboarding extra resources in Europe & the US
Oversee day-to-day operation, motivate the team and ensure performance targets are reached
Lead by setting a good example and engaging the team to achieve goals
Act as the main contact point for all team members
Key Responsibilities Create an inspiring team environment with a culture of open communication
Set clear team goals and align them with business strategy
Delegate tasks and set deadlines
Oversee day-to-day operations
Monitor team performance and report on metrics
Stay updated on company strategy to effectively collaborate with marketing, local sales teams, and main stakeholders
Structure the BDR team and its process in accordance with other departments
Determine training needs and provide coaching
Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognise high-performance people and reward accomplishments
Encourage creativity and risk-taking
Suggest and organise team building activities
Requirements Qualifications Previous experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role, with a track record of success
Previous experience as an Account Executive or proven Management experience
Previous experience working and managing a team remotely will be an advantage
Experience with Salesforce
Educational background in Management, Business, or Engineering
Proficiency in any other European language is a plus
Experience in the Unified Communication & Collaboration industry is an advantage
Soft Skills High organisational skills: The team is based in the US and Europe and therefore requires additional expertise to manage across time zones
