We're leading the search for an experienced corporate/M&A Senior Attorney with a background in advising on private equity backed or private M&A deals interested in moving into W&I ("warranty and indemnity") insurance broking market. The business is investing in developing the European presence and is interested in developing an Iberian proposition. The business advises buyers and sellers on the procurement of W&I policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals.
We are looking to talk to senior corporate attorneys with an entrepreneurial attitude and appetite to move into a commercially driven role with leadership credentials.
