The program provides an enriching experience for students from across the globe, fostering personal growth, lifelong friendships, and a commitment to our core values: academic excellence, respect, and internationality.The Successful Applicant for the Role Will:Have proven experience in a leadership role within a boarding school or residential program in a UK or International School.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and staff.Be fluent in English and have experience working with international students, including those for whom English is not their first language.Be enthusiastic about creating a positive, safe, and supportive residential environment that promotes student well-being and academic success.Possess a deep understanding of safeguarding and child protection practices.Be adaptable, flexible, and motivated by challenges, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement.Hold an EU passport or valid Spanish work permit.Inspire and lead a diverse team of boarding staff and students
