This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Business Development Managers Iberia Hunting at CargoON.
The person will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and approaching potential clients, conducting market research, and building relationships with key stakeholders and leading the team.
This role is located in Barcelona, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field and project managementStrong knowledge of the logistics and transportation industryExperience in identifying and approaching potential clientsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersSelf-motivated and target-drivenFluency in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)Knowledge of additional languages is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience leading a Sales teamWe want you feeling comfortable by joining our team, so you will benefit from:
