WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Develop and drive the implementation of the overall architecture strategy for the division, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader strategic objectives.
Identify and evaluate emerging business models, technologies, and industry trends that can be leveraged to create new revenue streams and enhance existing CIB banking services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and sales, to design and develop innovative solutions that address market needs and differentiate our offerings in the marketplace.
Lead the end-to-end architecture design process, from ideation and conceptualization to implementation and rollout, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure buy-in and support for new business models and initiatives.
Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the CIB Banking division, fostering an environment that encourages creative problem-solving and the exploration of new ideas.
EXPERIENCE 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles with direct exposure to IT run and change agenda in the lending and wholesale credit side.
Desirable: Experience in Control Functions, with direct exposure to operational and financial risks.
Desirable: Experience in delivering organizational transformations.
EDUCATION - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Solid written and verbal communication skills, both in English, Spanish, and/or Portuguese.
Strong interpersonal skills, with experience in multi-cultural environments.
Strong organizational skills, experience in planning and leading strategic transformation initiatives.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and operations requirements and procedures.
Relevant experience in Agile methodologies
