Cabify B2B Mobility is the business unit of the Cabify Group that provides a range of mobility products and services for companies and organizations. This vertical enables businesses to manage and optimize their transportation needs through various solutions, which can be divided into three complementary levels: i) transportation, ii) support and protocols, and iii) SaaS. These solutions can be offered in a "standard" format or customized to meet the specific needs of each of our clients.
About the position: The Head of B2B Mobility is responsible for leading Cabify Spain's B2B strategy and its implementation. In this role, the Head will evolve Cabify Spain's vision and strategies for achieving and developing the B2B Mobility P&L, sales growth, and consolidation in an efficient and effective manner aligned with client needs and market opportunities in the corporate segment.
You will be responsible for developing and executing plans that include client needs analysis to drive growth, ensuring that internal processes within your Sales and Success team are designed and implemented to maximize ROI. This will be achieved through a continuous, analytical, and ambitious improvement model within your sales operations, as an essential part of your responsibilities.
Additionally, as the leader of the B2B business for Spain, your focus will be on business strategy development, structuring business challenges, and providing guidance on how to prioritize, define, and implement solutions to scale our internal resources and maximize external impact. You will also lead the development of processes, teams, routines, and projects to achieve and sustain reliable, efficient growth across Cabify's B2B Mobility vertical within our various business units.
This requires a focus on the three primary client segments we currently serve: the Long Tail segment, encompassing numerous small to mid-sized corporations; the Enterprise/Mid-Market segment, consisting of prominent companies with substantial development potential; and the Key Account Management (KAM) segment.
This is a critical role for Cabify's business growth which reports directly to the Country Manager for Spain.
How will you help us achieve our mission? Evolve the Corporate business unit strategy connected with the Global and its implementation (strategy to execution responsibility);Integrate Cabify strategy according to Corporate Clients needs (customer centric working method);Budget Planning (yearly, quarterly and monthly) guaranteeing the perfect connection between finance and business objectives;Adapt and develop service solutions to meet evolving client needs and tap into new growth opportunities.Implement and evolve services and solutions, according to the sales growth strategy;Manage and control our resources allocated to this business unit focusing on growth and ROI maximization;Develop and iterate the Commercial Strategy, with a strong focus on scaling up the business and driving continuous improvement across the Sales and Success teams.Guarantee the perfect Corporate strategy implementation with Finance, Marketing and Operations departments;Manage, control and maximize the performance of sales disciplines (sdr, sales, post sales);Define and Implement efficient processes and standards in sales operations (pre sales, sales and post sales operations performance);Develop analytical frameworks to support decision making in the Commercial Disciplines and the Corporate revenue stream;Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts;Report on operational performance and implement improvements;Build, lead, and develop a rockstar team; leading selection processes and detecting headcount needs in order to achieve the targets set.Promote the collaboration of your team with other areas/disciplines/teams.Build a communication strategy into the area and ensure that it is aligned with the macro targets and strategies of the company and other areas.What we're looking for: 7 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development Departments;Knowledge and expertise about Sales Development, Customer Success, Customer Development, Processes, Continuous Improvement Methods, Multiproducts sales developments;At least 5 years of experience leading up-skilling teams, motivating the entire team while embodying Cabify's values at all times;Hands-on experience in sales operations implementation and improvement;Hands-on experience in sales marketing/enablement implementation and improvement;Quantitative data analysis, deep actionable insights, modelling, and advanced test plan design and analysis experience;Critical thinking skills and business mindset;Experience working closely and communicating effectively with stakeholders in an ever-changing, rapid growth environment with tight deadlines;BSc/BA in Engineering, Management or relevant field. Postgraduate degree is a plus;Financial knowledge and different business models P&Ls expertise;Previous experience in working in hyper-growth startups and/or fast-paced environments is a strong plus.The good stuff: We're a company full of happy, motivated people and we never want that to change.
