We are looking for a Head of Attack Surface Management & Cyber Threat Unit based in our Madrid (Abelias) office.
Your role:
Manage CSIRT team responsible for managing complex cyber security incidents.Collaborate with key stakeholders within the bank.Participate in the incident response procedure on a 24x7 basis.Champion advanced tools and technologies to enhance perimeter security capabilities.Optimize processes and standards of network defense implementation.Recommend security controls and/or corrective actions for mitigating risks.Drive continuous improvement in Santander's cyber response capability.What you'll bring: QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCEKnowledge of Incident Response and Handling methodologies.Knowledge of cyber incident categories and timelines for responses.Knowledge of risk management processes.Focus on service excellence.Strong technical background in Network security.LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIESExcellent communication skills.Ability to lead and motivate teams.Excellent stakeholder management skills.PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICSAbility to work under pressure.Strong attention to detail.Ability to lead by influence.OTHER INFORMATION: Hybrid working model.Flexible working hours.Continuous training in innovative technical fields.Highly competitive salary and bonuses.If you like what you've read so far, you'll like it even more once you're on board...
