Digital Waffle is proud to be working with an exciting AI company in Berlin, looking for their next Head of Artificial Intelligence, who will build and lead a talented team in developing visionary AI-driven web3 products for consumers and businesses, whilst working from anywhere in the world.
You'll play an active role in defining and executing their AI strategy, and be instrumental in building innovative products and bringing them to market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute AI strategy in collaboration with leadershipBuild and lead an AI team, leveraging data-driven insightsDesign AI architectures, conduct experiments, and ensure product feasibilityCommunicate complex AI concepts effectively to various stakeholdersDevelop AI solutions for web2 and web3 challenges using large datasetsOversee AI project lifecycle from inception to business impactContinuously improve their existing AI models and algorithmsRequirements:
Degree in AI, ML, or related field10+ years of software development and leadership experienceStrong team management and mentorship skillsExpertise in LLMs, deep learning (PyTorch), and MLOpsCloud architecture proficiency (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a security focusKnowledge of latest AI research and agile methodologiesBonus Experience:
MLOps, CI/CD, and monitoring tool experienceML team founding experienceExperience working in the crypto/web3 industryFounded a ML team/departmentExperience working with compliance or legal teams
