The Head of Applications comprehensively owns, leads, and handles CRM & PLM applications end to end, is the technology partner to the business for this domain and achieves our business goals by enabling business capabilities through powerful applications. The Head of Applications CRM & PLM focuses on consulting business owners, providing best service levels for daily operations, and ensuring an end-to-end optimized, cost-efficient, and secure application landscape. Essential Job Functions: Lead and run CRM & PLM Apps globally Act as Technology partner to the business for CRM & PLM applications to optimize process and business results Handle all required service providers and ensure SLA's Act as the domain architect and pro-actively look for optimization potential Decide the best technological solution for business capabilities and requirements Manage budget and continuously review for cost efficiency Collaborate with all relevant business and IT functions, and support other functions when required Act as IT counterpart for global process and business owners, and take care of escalations for issues in the CRM & PLM domain Pro-actively review the application landscape end-to-end to identify and address operational, financial and technological opportunities and risks Lead the team to deliver highest quality results Ensure secure application development and collaborate closely with Information Security to identify and handle risks Motivate change in the organization and deliver high quality results fast Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in business informatics or equivalent experience Master's degree in business informatics or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered Min. 5+ years' demonstrated ability in Application and Process management Min. 2+ years´ Operational CRM & PLM experience Superb communication skills in English (and German preferred) Experience with agile project methodologies Arxada is an equal opportunity employer
