As an Affiliate Director, you will be leading our Affiliate Marketing team to manage existing publisher relationships, develop new partnerships, and meet team sales goals.Responsibilities :Lead the affiliate department and drive quality traffic to the brandOutline effective affiliate acquisition strategies to grow our affiliate network.Develop strategic marketing initiatives for key affiliate accountsKeep a close treatment with top tier accountsTeach and mentor junior level team members on affiliate marketingCommunicate and monitor compliance or brand guidelines in affiliate channelLead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedicationAdvising your team on how to acquire new affiliates and to maintain current accountsMonitor, develop, expand and nurture existing affiliate partnershipsBuild strong internal networks for collaboration and knowledge transfer with other parts of the companyEnsure that the affiliate team is establishing professional working relationships with agencies and key third partiesRecruit and train new affiliate account managersStay updated of industry trends in the affiliate performance marketing spaceReport back to CMORequirements :Minimum 4 years of affiliate marketing and 2 years of affiliate management experience required or equivalent sales management experienceHigh level of energy, dedication, and motivation to scale a hypergrowth companyDemonstrated sales leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, hiring, training, and performance managementResourceful and innovative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and partnership-oriented mindsetAbility to resolve conflict and solve prioritization challengesPossess a strong and data-driven background in marketing analytics and digital performance marketing.What else you'll need to succeed :Effective interpersonal skills'Outside the box' thinkerTeam PlayerAbility to work within a multicultural environmentExcellent written and oral communication skills in English.
