Job Description Your tasks: Define, design and deploy advanced data analytic vision and strategy.Define and deploy advanced analytic capabilities within sales, marketing & logistic functions to optimize adoption and business impact through identification & push of business recommendations.Develop customer segmentation based on various statistical modelling (Logistic Regression, Linear Models Family, Conjoint Analysis, Time-series models) of purchasing & web behavior, basket analytics and other behavioral patterns to drive up customer value.Define & create recommendation engines & actionable dashboards to maximize guided selling.Mine large datasets of customers, market, competition, industry trends to generate new insights and detect business opportunities enhancing commercial excellence and targeted selling.Develop models to connect ZF value chain; from product recommendations to inventory and sales forecast optimization.Partner closely with pricing, advance business analytics & management to turn data analysis into actionable algorithms, applications, etc.Ensure advanced analytics effectiveness by developing, expanding, maintaining and managing a large portion of Data Ecosystem.Your Profile: Relevant experience in applied statistics & data mining in a business environment.Business acumen and project management skills.Strong ability to translate data and analytics into stories, insights, and actionable recommendations.Hands-on experience coding in advanced programming languages.Mastery in data visualization.Agile, creative, and able to lead remote teams in complex matrix organizations.Strategic, analytical, and creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.Ability to explain sophisticated solutions in layman's terms.
