La Miranda, The Global Quality school in Barcelona, is seeking to appoint a Head of Admissions to join us as soon as possible on a permanent full-time basis.
Conveniently located in the charming town of Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona, the extensive school campus comprises 11 buildings, each equipped with innovative educational resources. Roles & Responsabilities
· Recruit new students
· School tours
· Online & in-person meetings with new families
· Manage the comprehensive admissions process.
· Gather and collect all the enrollment documents until the enrollment process is completed.
· Prepare and supervise Entry Level Test for applicants
· Organising recruiting events such as open days, morning coffees or family events.
· Weekly reports
· Update admissions platforms; Open Apply and Isams
· Administrative tasks
· Direct report to the Head of Administration
· Having the capacity to collaborate within a team.
Requirements:
· High level skills in English And Spanish C1/C2
· Medium level skills in Catalán B2
· At least 2 years expired in a similar job position
· Good interpersonal skills
· Advanced skills in Computing.
· Excellent Customer service skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
