**Project** Description**:Currently we are looking for an experienced and visionary Leader to drive the success of our Autonomous Driving and Software Factory business. As the Leader, who will have full responsibility for the Autonomous Drive and Software Factory portfolio and as such you will be responsible for crafting and executing the business strategy, overseeing its financial performance, and leading a team of talented professionals. Your innovative thinking, strategic planning, and strong collaboration with various teams will be vital in achieving our business goals and maintaining excellent customer relationships.You will report to our EVP Automotive Solutions.**Responsibilities**:- Further develop and manage the Business Cases for your area of responsibility, including revenue forecasts and offerings analysis.- Take full responsibility for budget planning and execution, overseeing experts, pre-sales, and R&D; activities within the segment.- Share responsibility for the P&L; of projects executed in your area of responsibility, ensuring profitability and growth.- Develop and implement the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the portfolio, ensuring effective positioning and market penetration.- Establish and maintain a robust opportunities pipeline in alignment with Total Contract Value (TCV) and revenue targets.- Build and nurture strong customer relationships with client decision-makers and influencers.- Supervise and align the offering roadmaps with Sales & Account Management (SAM) and regional strategies.- Provide mentorship and strategic leadership to senior managerial staff, including Offering Leads and Technical/Business Operations (TO/BO)leads.- Produce thought leadership materials to enhance the Organizations reputation and influence within the industry.- Collaborate with Sales & Account Management (SAM) on portfolio development, GTM, and pre-sale activities- Work closely with Engineering on major bids, capabilities planning, project support, and escalation management.- Collaborate with Accounts on defining the Strategy per account and Region.- Align with other Leaders to create synergy and cohesion across the business.**Skills**:Must have- Education: a master or PhD in Computer Science and/or Embedded- Deep understanding of the automotive industry ecosystem and an existing contact network at OEMs, Tier1s and technology companies plus in-depth knowledge of automotive industry trends- Proven experience in automotive software engineering, emerging technologies and development methodologies at the cutting edge of ADAS / AD, incl.understanding of levels of maturity and differences of approach in different geographies- Resilient towards external pressure; ability to adapt to dynamic environments, understand and manage complex project setups- Experience of working in multi-cultural international environment, strong leadership and management skills- Articulate, excellent presentation and negotiation skills, able to conceptualize, negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally- Excellent English and German- Willing to travelNice to have**Languages**:English: C1 Advanced**Seniority**:TMR**Relocation package**:If needed, we can help you with relocation process.Vacancy SpecializationSenior ManagementRef NumberVR-99363#J-18808-Ljbffr
