The Position In this role the main task will be to ensure House-in-Order for NN Spain (local and Group books) through solid and efficient processes and controls.
Among your responsibilities will be: Designing strategies and planning to ensure control of the company assets and financial obligations in accordance with House in Order objectives and functional accountabilities.
Creating best support to ensure that Finance & Operations strategy is implemented efficiently.
Providing a solid financial internal control environment through consistent use of ICQ controls and common Good Accounting Practices.
Optimizing and simplifying use of corporate financial systems (financially as well as in terms of process optimisation) reducing the administrative burden on the LoB.
Providing satisfactory level of compliance avoiding any findings in GIA, in tax and compliance audits, avoiding penalties and delays in reporting.
Qualifications University Degree in Business – focus on Accounting and Tax.
Fluent in oral and written English.
Minimum 8 years in a similar role or from a "big four" Accounting firm.
Managerial experience.
Expert knowledge of SAP.
2-3 years of project management related experience is required.
Strong functional and people skills, including an ability to build relationships and trust and to obtain commitment from both internal stakeholders across functions and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and ability to lead cross functional teams in designing and implementing project plans.
