The successful candidate will have extensive experience in similar roles, proficiency in Navision, good understanding of consolidation processes and a strong ability managing teams.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting.Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP (German-Gaap)Lead the consolidation process of financial statements across multiple entities.Implement and maintain robust accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.Manage and develop the accounting team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.Coordinate and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure successful audit results and compliance with all tax regulations.Oversee the implementation and optimization of Navision, ensuring it meets the company's financial reporting requirements.Collaborate with other departments to support overall company goals and objectives.Provide financial analysis and support for decision-making processes.Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.Facilitate the integration of financial processes and systems during mergers and acquisitions.Support the relocation process to Germany, ensuring a smooth transition for the accounting functions and team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
