Your mission
We're looking for a motivated Head of Account Management to lead our Account Management team. As a Head of Account Management you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving customer satisfaction, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for cultivating long-term relationships with partners and ensuring they are delighted with the solutions offered by Livo. You will support your accounts with both sales and operational topics to ensure that our partner facilities are able to meet their staffing objectives. You will be involved in pre-sales and post-sales activities and liaise with different internal stakeholders to ensure that your partners have the best experience with Livo. You will also be tasked with structuring and owning the account management department. More specifically you will be responsible for the following:
Account Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, serving as the main point of contact for all account-related inquiries and needs.
Understand partners' business objectives and healthcare staffing challenges to effectively position Livo's products and services as solutions.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Livo products and services to existing partners.
Participate in partner meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to support sales and account management efforts.
Prepare and deliver regular reports and updates to partners on key performance metrics, including shifts published, cancellations, NPS, etc.
Represent Livo at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote brand awareness and generate new business leads.

Business Operations

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Ops, and Product to ensure partner needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Monitor partner usage and engagement metrics to identify trends and proactively address any issues or concerns.
Provide input and feedback to internal teams to inform product development, marketing initiatives, and overall business strategy.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform partner discussions and strategy.

Management

Hire, manage, and grow a team of account managers
Set goals, KPIs, and targets for the team
Create tools, dashboards, and presentation templates to be used by the team

Your profile
We're looking for someone that is passionate about the healthcare industry and enjoys speaking with Heads of Nursing and HR departments about their staffing needs. The one attribute that should standout is your desire to understand how hospitals work, and figure out ways to solve for their different needs.

+7-10 years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related fields. Preferable in Healthcare or the Tech industry
Prior experience in nursing or healthcare is highly desirable
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with partners at all levels.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable looking at operational metrics to extract conclusions and derive action plans
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and Google sheets and slides
Proficient in Spanish and English
Passion about healthcare is a must
