Essential Job FunctionsDevelops and leads strategies and plans, and implements marketing programs.Oversees the research, analysis and identification of appropriate channels including web-based and audio-visuals to align with marketing strategy.Oversees key design, writing and production of marketing communications materials, including web-based, corporate literature, products/services brochures, case histories, etc., to enhance sales of products and services and to further brand and market the company image.Oversees packaging and distributing of marketing materials, ensuring they position company and products for high visibility with key parties.Identifies and recommends strategic channels and ensures the marketing materials are appropriate for selected channel(s).Collaborates with clients, partners, trade associations and media audiences to ensure that information regarding products and services is communicated effectively to relevant parties.Drives the communications between sales and marketing departments to plan and create strategies, tactics, activities and materials to ensure that positive marketing messages are conveyed to appropriate target markets.Creates strategies for appropriate channels whether web, audio-visual, etc.Interfaces with public relations and advertising departments to ensure that company is widely and positively represented in web and web-based channels, general business press, industry and vertical market publications and to keep industry analysts informed of new products.Leads creative and strategy sessions with outside agencies to implement key marketing, branding and advertising campaigns in appropriate media outlets to ensure that advertising campaigns are effective in representing products, services and company brand and image.Leads the strategic design and direction of multi-faceted corporate marketing programs such as employee communications, media relations, industry analyst relations, marketing and brand initiatives, events, client communications and other communications and promotional activities.Develops, executes and coordinates global business development support programs which may be web-based or through other channels and may include lead generation and marketing or e-marketing campaigns in conjunction with local business units and geographic marketing teams.Oversees the measurements of success of company marketing initiatives including web, print or other media outlets through surveys, traffic pattern analysis, visitor interaction metrics and sales conversions; develops strategies forimprovements.Evaluates and aligns strategic company business objectives with media initiatives including measuring site visitor needs and site experience outcomes, survey analyses, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
