Head Chef

Chef Position
The Palms Beach Club has completed its mini makeover of the Pool side, which has been a success, and now we move on to the Restaurant, where it is currently having a mini makeover. We are now looking for an experienced head chef to help us drive the restaurant in a new direction, capable of putting their stamp on the menu, organising the kitchen, and building a good team.
We are also looking for:
1 x Sous/Second Chef
40 Hour contract, must be able to work within a team of other chefs. Communication is key, along with respectfully carrying out the set duties and getting along with all the team. This role includes weekends and evenings.

Employment: Full-time
Salary: €1,400 – €2,200 monthly
