Responsibilities: Contribute to the growth of the Digital Transformation practice, leading pre-sales activities, mentoring junior staff members, delivering hands-on consulting services, and coding as needed.Collaborate closely with internal commercial teams and our enterprise customers to deeply understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs while building long-term trusted relationships.Conduct comprehensive customer discoveries and create convincing solution proposals.Oversee and contribute to delivering consulting engagements related to solution and technical architecture, demonstrating a high degree of accountability.Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce products, leveraging this expertise to educate and guide internal teams and enterprise customers.Collaborate on the ongoing delivery of solutions, ensuring alignment with client expectations and Salesforce capabilities. Experience in a customer-facing role with an ability to capture requirements and demonstrate value.Experience working as a technical/solution/enterprise architect.Experience in leading technical workshops.Experience in creating solutions- and technical architecture artifacts.Fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills and the ability to actively listen, create and sell a vision to inspire others.Ability to create and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations in a timely manner.Experience in building and maintaining long-term trusted relationships.5+ years of experience in pre-sales or consulting, with a focus on Salesforce.Fast learner, detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Must be committed to Personal Development and maintaining relevance, both in Industry Trends and Technology solutions.
