What You Will Do
Lead full stack development projects with a spirit of innovation and enjoyment.
Utilize your expertise C++ development skills to enhance backend functionalities in primary market trading and GUIs for the secondary market.
Serve as Application Manager, ensuring our platforms comply with all internal and external regulations.
Design sophisticated solutions by translating user needs and business requirements into cutting-edge applications, adhering to best practices in C++ development.
Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of developers, testers, product owners, and business stakeholders in a dynamic Agile environment (SCRUM and SAFe), leading and mentoring throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Bring
Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development in C++ (C++ 98/17).
A solid foundation in SQL, OpenShift, Docker, and SDLC, with additional knowledge of FIX protocol or financial markets highly beneficial.
A proactive, initiative-driven, and results-oriented attitude with a strong commitment to quality and systematic problem-solving skills.
A communicative, team-oriented, and resilient personality capable of leading diverse groups.
High verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish to interact with your international colleagues; German language is an asset but not required.
Willingness for on call (approximately 1 weekend every 3 months). This service is economically compensated.
