WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING PagoNxt is looking for a Service Delivery Lead, based in our Madrid office.

In order to achieve these goals, PagoNxt is organized in three different business:
Merchant Solutions, for merchants and acquirers.Trade Solutions, for corporates and SMEs.Consumer Solutions, digital products and services for individuals.This role will be part of our PagoNxt Consumer Solutions team and will be responsible for delivering simple, highly engaging payment solutions for individuals in order to become embedded in our customers' everyday life.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Service Delivery Lead you will own the relationship between Production Protection and the Initiatives/Projects in the pipeline.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Understand fully all the E2E and B2B Processes third parties, relevant Internal and External Stake Holders.Define and support the calendar to support BAU activity.Responsible for reviewing and influencing the Target Operating Model including:Understand and agree SLA's signed off with the client.Understand any KPI's and how they are measured.Define any alerting and dashboards aligned with our Alerting Standards requirements.Responsible for coordinating all:Deployment Management.Incident Management.Reporting (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).Manage the Introduction to Service activities.EXPERIENCE 2 years of experience in Payments, in-depth experience of Spanish payment schemes.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE Essential to have a working knowledge of English.
Desirable to have a working knowledge of Monitoring tools and processes.
Desirable to have a working knowledge of Incident Management techniques.
